Once your order is placed and I have your sizes, your set takes around 3 working days to hand make.

Standard delivery takes 3–4 working days.
Next day delivery is also available at checkout.

For custom orders, I’ll usually send an initial design sketch by the next working day. Revisions can be made as needed, and pricing is based on design complexity and materials once the final design is confirmed.

All sets are handmade, so most designs can be customised.

When ordering, you can choose your shape, length and size, and use the notes section to request changes such as colour tweaks or small design adjustments.
Some variations may affect the price, if so, I’ll get in touch before making your set.

If you’re looking to change the design more significantly, just leave a note and we’ll take it from there.

I also take fully custom orders.

Whether you have a specific design in mind, an outfit you want to match, or just a general vibe, I’ll work with you to create your dream set.

As part of the process, I’ll put together a design sketch using your inspiration, which we can adjust as many times as needed until it feels right.

Once the design is finalised, I’ll price it based on complexity and materials, size your nails, and get started.

There are a few ways to find your perfect fit.

You can choose from set sizes (XS–XL) — these include 12 nails, giving you flexibility to find the best fit.

I also offer free coin sizing, where you send clear photos of your hands and I size them for you. This option gives you a more accurate fit and includes 10 custom-sized nails.
